In order to attend the class, you should be present for the Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class Orientation on April 3rd from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
Please wear close-fitting workout clothes for under your uniform which you will receive when you arrive for the first class. This can include a fitted t-shirt or compression shirt and shorts or leggings. We recommend you also wear a sports bra and bring a mouthpiece or purchase one from us if you would like.
