We try to finish our #youth #mma class with something fun like a game or quick race. Last night in our 9-14yr old #mixedmartialarts class we played a game called “ants.” It is basically human tug of war where the kids have to work as a team to grab and pull the other team to their base. Well last night, I challenged all 11 of the kids. They did well at defending and helping each other and showing great #teamwork.
