Cooking up some juicy techniques this morning in the @beaufort.mma kitchen. C Jordan mentioned wanting to work a #peruviannecktie from turtle position, so we set it up with a cross grip and step over. This variation requires a bit of hand speed, but is incredibly tight once you lock your hands under your opponent's neck.
