Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar with Justin Flood

Beaufort MMA will host BJJ Black Belt Justin Flood on Saturday November 14th for a gi seminar. The seminar will include a breakdown on philosophy on Brazilian jiu-jitsu for self-defense and sport competition as well as include some of Justin’s favorite techniques.

There will be time to grapple and apply the new techniques as well. We encourage students from any background in BJJ attend the seminar even if you train at a different gym. Please wear a gi with a belt to the seminar and bring a jug of water. There is a water fountain in the gym and a shower for after the seminar.
Beaufort MMA students from our BJJ class will not want to miss this seminar as we will include promotions after the seminar.
