Morning Muay Thai Class – First Class

FreeLooking for a fun way to work out? Muay Thai classes from Beaufort MMA are a great way to get in shape or stay in shape and learn word-class Muay Thai techniques from Kru Ronald Sithaeling. Beaufort MMA’s Muay Thai training program includes classes for all skill levels. In our adult beginner classes, you will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai, including how to move your stance, strike and kick, and effectively defend and counter. Since Muay Thai requires fast movements of the fists, elbows, knees, and feet, Beaufort MMA’s beginner classes are a full-body cardio workout and a great choice if you are looking to get in shape or further develop your strength and cardio.
We are now offering morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday for adults interested in Muay Thai instruction. The classes will begin at 10am and continure for about 1-2 hours.
This class is included to all Beaufort MMA unlimited students or for new students that are interested in training in our daytime kickboxing classes. Private lessons can also be scheduled for before or after the morning class. Please let us know if you are interested in a private training session from Kru Ronald.
