This morning we had a lot going on at open mat! Sensei Brittany (@silvermistninja) taught a women's self defense class to a group of teen girls from a local church, Mike helped some of the white belts with their gi technique, and coach DeAndre worked some wrestling with local middle and high school students. I did a little of everything and got a good workout. Thanks to all of the visitors that showed up.
