Last Monday, we were able to provide a #selfdefense #seminar to wives and daughters of local #Marines in #BeaufortSC We enjoyed working with these women and showing them how they can defend themselves using practical and realistic techniques. The class included striking and grappling and showed these ladies how to use their bodies effectively against even bigger and stronger opponents. I think women are awesome students and wish more ladies would be involved in combative training.
